| Per's comments: Cloudy brownish amber, minimal head. Phenolic banana aroma - hefeweizen style. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Loads of mashed banana. Low bitterness. The esters get a bit much - could it be reduced with better control over fermentation? Still a worthwile beer, but I preferred their IPA. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
