| Per's comments: Cloudy copper colour with rich head. Perfumy nose with pears, peach, grapefruit and lacquer. Sweet with full body and soft mouthfeel. Deep layers of caramel, peach brandy, notes of ripe apples and grapefruit. Evident alcohol and notes of medicin in a finish with long bitterness. Not the most spot free beer around, but a relatively relaxed and charming DIPA that isn't too heavy. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
