| Per´s comments: Visiting La Ferme de Laubicherie is perhaps the most charming brewery experience I´ve had. It is situated on a farm way out on the beautiful French countryside, and works as a sort of family hotel, where you eat with the family, and sleeps on the farm. The brewing is very small scale, and this beer was a yellow, cloudy piece. The aroma was lightly flowery and the body light. It had cellary undertones and was discretely complex. The finish was dry with light pleasant late bitterness. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
