Per´s comments: Served in ceramic soup cup at Turisthotellet, Ljungskile, Sweden, which is, or at least has been one of the best beer drinking spots in Scandinavia, as they´ve boosted a selection of 400+ Belgian beers and a wonderful location overviewing the fjord. Sadly the place is now up for sale, and the beer selection is being cut back a lot. This beer is nut brown and seet with toffee and syrup. The mouthfeel is clean, hard and sharp and the finish short and roasty. Sub-par, like most Huyghe´s beers. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
