Fredrik N´s comments: Pink colour. Acidic aroma with raspberries, vanilia and complex notes of spontaneous fermentation. Almondy flavor with tones of raspberry, old wood and cherries. A certain amount of acid is surely present too. The coolest thing about this beer is that it³s available on tap from a keg that is 15 years old. Per´s comments: Cloudy brownish red. Ripe lively fruity cherries up front. Wonderful sparkling mouthfeel. Citric acidity is there. Still so fesh and superb after all these years! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
