| Per´s comments: Very dark brown with rich, firm beige head. Roasty coffee aroma. Dry with clean and firm malt profile. Medium bodied with earthy, roasty finish. A good schwarzbier, with some chartacter of it´s own - maltier and more flavourful than Köstritzer and the likes However it lacks the fullness and softness of the masterpiece of the style - Altstadthof. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
