Per´s comments: Golden colour, rich, firm head. Bready aroma. Medium dry. Beneath a thin curtain of grassy hops lies a pleasant, flavourful malt characte. The flavour profile is clean, and the moutfheel gentle. Salty finish. A really well balanced and well madebeer. Why aren´t all pale lagers this good? It´s a damn shame that there are so few breweries trying to make something else than cut every corner into making cheap beers to earn money on crap lagers, when you can make something uncomplicated taste like this. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
