| Per´s comments: Cloudy golden, enormus lively head. Pineapple aroma. Sweet and fruity with rich marmelady character. Very obvious Belgian style yeast character with evident alcohol on top of it. Still dominated by sevile oranges, as in Old English marmelade. I´d like to see it less sweet, as it is now the sweetness gains the upper hand and kills of the more subtle flavours. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
