Per´s comments: Cloudy reddish purple, brief head. Underneath the trademark acidic Cantillon aroma there is a mere hint of blueberries and red wine. Heavily acidic witj plenty of citric acid. Very dry. The Pinot Noirs are evident, but in comparison with most fruit lambics they are more subdued. Concentrated citiricity - it feels like one of the most hardcore acidic Cantillons. Some light grape stone bitterness finishes it off. Good and elegant, but perhaps not as extravagant as you might have thought. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
