Per´s comments: Cloudy mahogany colour- Aroma of coffee and sour cherries. Tart and really roasty. The body is firm, but given it´s size impressively slender. Wood is evident, as is the vinegary acidity. Falvourwise it´s not far off Cuv‰e de Tomme, but less potent and more drinkable. A wonderful beer!
