Per´s comments: Upon opening the bottle a clear amber coloured beer hurries to overflow out of the bottle. Attempts to pour creates an enormous, lively head so the process requires a lot of patience, but once done the beer looks delicious. Interesting aroma of raspberry pie. Medium bodied with soft, gentle mouthfeel. Perfumy with balanced sweetness. With its low hop rate it relies solely on the malt and esters, making it a beer pretty much in a style of its own. Finishes with low bitterness. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
