| Per´s comments: Clear ruby, rich head. Aroma of bready malt, molasses and metal. Sweet and very malty with full body and notes of red berries. Some strawberry esters and alcohols comes through. It balances the edge of becoming to sweet. Hops are very subdued. Low bitterness. Fairly true to style and with a lot of flavour. The top examples of the style are however more complex and with softer mouthfeel. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
