Per´s comments: Hazy golden, small head. Strong aroma of ripe red apples. Sweet and fruit with evident yeast character. Rounded mouthfeel with some lively carbonation. Feels like a standard offereing from de Proef with no flaws, but also nothing to separate it from the mainstream Belgian ales. And at 8% I require more character from a beer. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
