Per´s comments: Amber colour, coarse head. Odd aroma of ripe dusty fruits. Medium sweet with soft, rounded mouthfeel. Salty with an almost metallic edge and a lingering bitter finish. Interesting experiment, but the S5 hop variety didn´t work out all that well IMO.
