Per´s comments: Nut brown, rich creamy head. Citric aroma of cinnamon and fennel. Sweet and nutty withlots of herbal spices and dough. Unfortunately all of it drowns in a sea of syrup, making it taste like extremely sweet buns. A bit unrefined and decidedly too sweet for me.
