The Samuelsson-Zetterlund Beer Ratings Formula

Finally it's online. The long awaited and requested (well, not really...) formula that determines the score based on our individual ratings. Since it really should be obvious to everyone, it needs not much explanation. However it can help to mention that:

S_y denotes the score for beer y
b_xy denotes a rating from person x for the beer y
(teta)_xy denotes the existance of a rating from person x for the beer y
(the hebrew letter that looks like N) is a constant with the value 0.97.
