Per´s comments: Hazy amber, no head. Aroma of peppery apples and toffee. The soft malt holds lots of caramelly flavour, but the body is light for a beer this size. A low hop rate allows for fiery alcohol, sherry wood whiskey and salty sea breeze to come through. Low bitterness. My first, but certainly not last contact with the interesting type of barley wines being brewed in Argentina. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
