| Per´s comments: Cloudy golden, creamy head. Evident estery aroma of banana and bubblegum. So far a spot on weizen. It´s however well sweet which limits drinkability and gives it a touch of sugar. Near no bitterness. Got all the components to make a great hefeweizen, but the sweetness is it´s achilles heel. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
