| Per´s comments: Cloudy nut brown, rich head. Restrained woody smoke aroma. Dry with clean mouthfeel and fairly lightbody. Some orange make an unusual addition to the medium intensity smokiness. Lightly yeasty. Fairly low bitterness. Very interesting, but I still prefer the more traditional Franconian renditions. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
