Per´s comments: Cloudy amber, average sized beige head. Lemony lactic aacidity and dry white wine up front. A bit slimmer and more vinous than the 2005, but less woody and soapy. The moutfheel is rounded and spritzy. Low on hops, but intriguing and interesting. As always from BFM a very unusual beer. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
