| Per´s comments: Clear deep golden, airy head. Appley nose. Sweet with clean, hard mouthfeel. At first cellary apples hides the hay-like hops. When it warms it first reveals soap and minerals, and eventually also a wealth of oily, bitter Saaz hops. Still feels a bit rough and unpolished. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
