| Per´s comments: Very black with brown head. Aroma of licorice and chocolate. Sweet, roasty and very malty, rounded and really sodt. Notes of sour malt, grass and licorice in a finish with balanced bitterness. A big and very complex beer, being the pilot brew from a brewery being built up. I am mightily impressed, and wish the all luck in the future | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
