Per´s comments: Ruby coloured with rich, dense, creamy, lasting head. Aroma of crystalized sugar. Sweet and light bodied for a bock, chewy malt dominates. The classic urbock flavours are there, like in a lighter version of the Namibian Hansa Urbock. A drawback is the finish, where peppery saccharine is present rather than the expected bitterness. Still a really good beer.
