| Per´s comments: Nut brown, clear, no head. Aroma of plums, raisin as well as yeast. Some near lambic like acidity beneath a fruity wild yeast flavour. Full bodied with soft mouthfeel. Woody finish with some madeira. A complex and very special beer. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
