Per´s comments: Hazy amber, small head. Peach aroma. Sweet and very malty with shampoo-like fruitiness and bitterness. Extremely hoppy - like concentrated hop juice wiyh thick, oily mouthfeel. The finish is salty with huge bitterness. The beer is all about hop flavour. Alcohol and sweetness are ramped up in an attempt to balance it out, which is quite succesful. I still feel that I´m getting a bit tired of the American trend to throw in all the hops possible and then try to balance it, rather then starting from the other end - the idea to make a good beer and use as much hops as that requires. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
