Per´s comments: Cloudy orange brown. Estery pineapple aroma. Flavour of rye and bubblegum. With it´s restrained sweetness, well hidden alcohol and slim, yet firm body it is strangely like a good Finnish sahti. Almondy finish, more like in Belgian ales. A tasty and very interesting beer, but what is it? A weizenbock from partly rye malt, or? | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
