Per´s comments: I´ve never enjoyed King & Barnes´s beers, and judging from the two first cask ales tasted from W.J.King I don´t think I´ll like this brewers new beers either. Dark amber. Aroma of grain and apple. Sweet and sulphuric. Clean, rounded mouthfeel. Unclean, sweaty flavour, low hop rate. Surprisingly other beer geeks praised this beer beside me, personally I thought it was off. If I can, I´ll try to re-rate this. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
