| Per´s comments: Clear golden, firm small head. Citric grapefruity hop aroma. Sweet with clean mouthfeel. Lots of hay and grapefruit from the hops. WIth it´s interesting sweaty hay character it gets reminiscent of an Americanized Hook Norton Haymaker. Lingering bitter finish. In many Southern Tier I have found the malt profile to be too hard and clean, but in this beer the mouthfeel is a little more rounded and the crispness feels more appropriate. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
